God is not Immortal?

I just received a question in my facebook account.

QUESTION: If Jesus Christ died, and He is God. Therefore God is not immortal?

ANSWER: The Bible is clear when it said that God is immortal

"To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen." (1Tim 1:17)

According to the Bible Jesus is fully man (Phil 2:8, Jn 1:14, Heb 4:15, Matt 4:2) and fully God (Jn 20:28, Jn 1:1, Heb 1:8).

Now that we know that Jesus Christ have two natures, we can now answer the question. According to 1 Peter 3:18

"For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit,"

It's the human nature of Jesus' that died, not the Divine nature because God is immortal
